Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
2. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively
3. Develop a strong rapport with clients to foster positive relationships
4. Identify client needs and requirements through active listening and effective communication
5. Perform basic accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
6. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
