Accounts And Operations Associate Fresher Job

The ideal candidate will have basic hands-on experience working with GST, TDS, payroll, and other financial and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the company.
2. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
3. Handle payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
4. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
5. Develop and implement financial and operational policies and procedures.
6. Manage and maintain accurate financial records.
7. Monitor and control expenses, budget, and other financial metrics.
8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to improve processes and performance.
9. Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
10. Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
11. Prepare and maintain documents and processes for vendor onboarding, biddings, agreements, customer work orders, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. Some hands-on experience working with GST, TDS, Payroll, and other financial and operational tasks.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Experience with financial and accounting software.
