About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions.
2. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
3. Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
5. Help with the preparation of tax filings and compliance documents.
6. Assist in audits and work with external auditors as needed.
7. Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
8. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
