About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Update sales order in the ERP system Match billing value with PO value and resolve discrepancy
2. Check and update return orders to the origin and generate a Credit note
3. Coordinate with the transporter for dispatch
4. Check the goods ready for dispatch against the invoice
5. Manage documentation for shipments- Invoice, waybill, packing list
