At Kirat Crafts, we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an executive admin and accounts specialist. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
2. Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring efficient operations and cost-effectiveness
3. Perform administrative and supervision duties such as overseeing store and inventory management, maintaining factory records and files as per govt regulations, staff attendance and records, handling dispatch, etc.
4. Demonstrate exceptional time management skills by effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple projects simultaneously

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹14,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
