1. Team coordination and reporting: Oversee and manage the work of interns and other team members, ensuring timely updates, daily reporting, and smooth workflow for monthly activities.
2. Documentation and research: Manage and compile all necessary documentation, search and identify relevant data, and build databases based on requirements
3. Stakeholder communication: Coordinate with stakeholders via calls and other communication channels to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
4. Technical writing and analysis: Utilize tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva to create presentations, technical reports, and other materials, while analyzing research insights for innovative solutions.
5. Project development support: Collaborate with the team to assist in new project development, brainstorm innovative solutions, and contribute to the success of ongoing initiatives.
6. Identifying resources: To reach out and identify relevant resources based on urgent needs and budgets to fulfill requirements including colleges, industries, experts, etc.
7. Accounts and Invoices: Each preparation of documentation and coordination with the auditor for invoices and receipts
Salary ranges from a minimum of 10k per month during training and will be fixed based on work performance after a month
