Admin & Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Investment & Capital Market Operations
Handle portfolio reconciliation, daily reports, trade management, and troubleshooting with Stock Exchanges & AMCs.
Execute client transactions and liaise with mutual fund houses, PMS providers, and investment platforms (BSE Star, etc.) for smooth processing.

2. Client Servicing & Onboarding
Manage client onboarding, KYC processing, and communication.
Generate and maintain client portfolio summaries, performance reviews, and capital gains statements.
Address client operational issues, transaction discrepancies, and reporting errors.

3. Operations & Office Management
Oversee documentation and follow-ups for new tie-ups, vendors, and clients.
Track and manage emails, communication logs, and timely reminders/updates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless integration of investment reporting software & CRM tools.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Founder.
Supervise and ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
