Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply chain.
3. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.
4. Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure timely replenishment of office supplies.
5. Track orders, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity, including office maintenance and logistics.
7. Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations.
8. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses related to procurement and office operations.
9. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to procurement activities.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
11. Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure the availability of required materials.
12. Provide support for office events, meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement and office management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
