Administration Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative assistance to HR and senior management
2. Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence to US clients
3. Help with typing up notes or reviewing notes
4. Help create standardization across document storage and contact management
5. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
5. Well-mannered candidate with presentable looks and etiquette

Shift Timings - 1 PM - 10 PM
Working days - 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location - Ahmedabad, Ashram Road
