About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
2. Communicating with a Chartered Accountant for balance sheets and other financial documents
3. Generating invoices for bill payments as per requirement
4. Payment collection - calls and mails, invoicing, etc.
5. Maintain a company calendar, day book, team leave records
6. Bank and market visits as and when required
7. Answer queries by employees and clients
