Administration Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare invoices and packing slips
2. Draft challans for job workers
3. Create enclosures and other necessary documents
4. Maintain accurate stock records
5. Organize and manage office catalogs
6. Assist in packaging goods
7. Provide support during distribution, especially at schools
8. Answer and maintain records of calls received on the official number
9. Handle customer queries, focusing on school clients
10. Collect reviews from interested customers
11. Manage daily office tasks and ensure smooth operations
12. Provide assistance in other tasks as required

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
2. Exhibit good communication and organizational skills
3. Show ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
4. Prior experience would be an added advantage
