Administration Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage data, records, and reports in various formats
2. Organize and schedule meetings and events
3. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external parties
4. Handle correspondence and communications, including phone calls, emails, and post
5. Extend support to the Account team
6. Prepare receipts, cheques, and bank letters
7. Manage assets and inventory
8. Provide accounts support by assisting in managing accounts receivable and payable, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records
9. Perform administrative tasks, including preparing cheques, handling bank formalities, and managing document signatures
