About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and onboard new suppliers/vendors to expand our network and capabilities.
2. Negotiate contracts/agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
3. Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand online project requirements and align supplier deliverables accordingly.
5. Monitor the operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
6. Resolve supply-related issues and escalate critical issues to team or management as needed.
7. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments as per market research industry.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of research projects and achieve organizational goals.
9. Maintain accurate records related to supplier contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.
