1. Provide assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding
2. Support new recruits with facilities and necessary assets
3. Monitor and record office supplies, including laptops, and research advantageous deals or suppliers
4. Serve as a lead administrator for tasks related to facilities maintenance such as AC, furniture, IT, and R&D equipment
5. Maintain various agreements, documents, forms, and formats as per predefined formats (latest version)
6. Maintain attendance records
7. Provide support to other departments and managers
8. Ensure quality and cost control is maintained in all departments
9. Ensure a clean office environment
