Front Desk Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
2. Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
3. Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
4. Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
5. Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
6. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
7. Operate the telecommunication system by following the manufacturer s instructions for house phone and console operation.
8. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
9. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
10. Update calendars and schedule meetings.
11. Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
