Administration Executive Fresher Job

Skills required:

Should be well versed with Microsoft Excel
Should be familiar with the Google workspace (Google sheets, Google docs etc.)
Should have good typing speed
Should have good communication skills (Hindi/English)
A quick learner and Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data mining and research on LinkedIn and other platforms

Key responsibilities:

1. Research email IDs and contact details from the given data.
2. Enter collected contact details into the system.
3. Manage data and build directories and contact lists.
4. Analyze data as per team leader's instructions.
5. Generate and submit reports to relevant stakeholders.
6. Follow up with team members to gather data and update records.
7. Update daily activities and client details in DSR and report to the Head of Department.
