We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administration Executive to join our team at Roshni Udyavar & Associates (RUA)/ RUA Ecospaces LLP. As an Administration Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
3. Maintain and update records, files, and databases
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office suite
5. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
6. Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
7. Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), strong knowledge of MS-Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
