Administration Executive Fresher Job

1. A bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, social work, counseling) is highly preferred but optional.

2. Proven experience in a counseling or elderly care setting is an advantage.

3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards elderly residents and their families.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Proactive and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.

7. Willingness to work on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as these are critical operational periods.
