Administration Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with suppliers to procure inventory and maintain organized inventory records
2. Package products for shipment with care, print labels and invoices for orders, and ensure timely and accurate dispatch to customers
3. Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp, and resolve issues related to orders or delivery
4. Support day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business and contribute ideas and feedback to the founders

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
3. Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly
4. Proactive, solution-oriented, and willing to take ownership of tasks
5. Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
