As an Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken), and proficiency in MS-PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily office operations including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
2. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
3. Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive workspace.
4. Assist in budget planning and monitoring expenses related to office operations.
5. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
6. Prepare reports and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to communicate key information to stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
