1. Assisting the GM in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
2. Coordinating day-to-day operations
3. Team handling & Ensuring that goals and objectives are met delegating tasks to employees
4. Supervising, leading and motivating employees
5. Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data
6. Co-ordination with existing & new client
7. Ensuring that company guidelines are followed
8. Managing all activities of office
9. Providing leadership and direction to all employees
10. Completing tasks assigned by the management accurately and efficiently.
