About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Doing vendor registration
2. Mailing daily sales report ( from SAP)
3. Raising bills (Expenses) and purchase order (Company Software)
4. Raising agreements in the system (Company Software)
5. Co-ordinating with PMT
6. Co-ordinating with accounts team for payment related queries
7. Co-ordinating with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
8. Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and TAT
9. Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
