We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an administrative and social media coordinator. This full-time position involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, managing social media accounts, and utilizing digital tools such as Google Sheets and Forms. The ideal candidate will also get exposure to WhatsApp marketing strategies and will be instrumental in outreach efforts.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide daily administrative support:
i. Assist with routine office tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and WhatsApp, and maintaining organized records.
ii. Support team members in various administrative and research functions as needed.
2. Work on social media management:
i. Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin).
ii. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly.
3. Work on data management:
i. Utilize Google Sheets for tracking tasks, managing data, and reporting on progress.
ii. Create Google Forms for feedback collection and surveys.
4. Provide marketing support:
i. Assist in developing WhatsApp marketing campaigns to promote classes and events.
ii. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas for content that resonates with our audience.
iii. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
2. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role or social media management is a plus.
