Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management.
2. Prepare for meetings by setting agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are executed promptly.
3. Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and management of office finances.
4. Oversee daily office operations, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure the office environment runs smoothly and efficiently.
5. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for managing spreadsheets with formulas, and G-suite for collaboration and document management.
6. Juggle multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing duties while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with G-suite. Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and building strong relationships internally and externally.
4. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
