Admission Counsellor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
2. Present and promote products or services to prospective customers
3. Understand customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening
4. Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and benefits
5. Close sales and achieve monthly targets set by the sales manager
6. Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases
7. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
8. Handle objections and concerns effectively to convert leads into sales
9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
10. Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to persuade and influence others
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills
5. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
6. Good time management and organizational skills
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
8. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus
9. Familiarity with sales techniques and principles
10. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
