Admission Counsellor Fresher Job

As an 'Admission Counsellor' at Saroj Education Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with prospective students and their families to guide them through the admission process. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, providing excellent client interaction, and utilizing your proficiency in spoken Hindi and English to effectively communicate with clients. Proficiency in MS Office will also be necessary for maintaining records and generating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting informative and engaging counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their career goals and educational needs.
2. Providing accurate information about the various courses and programs offered by the institution.
3. Assisting students with the admission process, including filling out application forms and submitting necessary documents.
4. Maintaining a database of all prospective students and their progress through the admission process.
5. Following up with students to ensure they have all the information they need and address any concerns they may have.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless admission process for students.
7. Participating in outreach activities to promote the institution and attract potential students.
