About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Face queries coming to the school via walk-ins, emails, calls, or web
2. Effectively address parents' queries during or after the admission process
3. Work with the center head and other staff members to resolve any issues that are aging more than 24 hours
4. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction via accurate and timely responses
5. Play a pivotal role in ensuring that the branding of the school is uplifted via social media outreach thus promoting various programs and activities in the school
