Admissions Counsellor Fresher Job

As an Admissions Counsellor at Inzpira, you will be responsible for guiding potential students through the application process and ultimately enrolling them in our programs. Your role will involve utilizing your sales skills to effectively pitch our offerings to prospective students. Fluent in both spoken and written English, you will communicate with students from diverse backgrounds to understand their needs and help them make informed decisions about their education. Proficiency in MS-Excel and CRM systems will be essential for tracking and managing student information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to prospective students through various channels and effectively communicate the benefits of Inzpira programs
2. Guide students through the admissions process, providing necessary information and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience
3. Utilize CRM systems to organize and track student interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions
4. Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment and achieving sales targets
5. Conduct informational sessions and presentations to promote Inzpira programs to potential students
6. Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to attract new applicants
7. Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the admissions process
