Admissions Counselor Fresher Job

Only fluent English and Bengali-speaking female candidates should apply
We are currently looking to hire one Bengali-speaking candidate and one fluent English-speaking candidate. Our team already includes Assamese, Bengali, and English-speaking counselors.

Key responsibilities:

1. Process student leads for generating UG/PG admissions in private universities.
2. Nurture student leads and generate referral leads from existing contacts.
3. Work on a target- and incentive-based process to generate admissions.
4. Communicate with students and parents to explain the university's admission process.
5. Address any queries or concerns they may have, and guide them through the online admission process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Fluent in English or Assamese or Bengali (based on the specific opening).
2. Comfortable with the Noida location (the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away).
3. Ability to work according to set targets.
