About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through outreach, networking and relationship building.
2. Negotiate and finalise affiliate agreements, ensuring clear terms and expectations.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, training and resources as needed.
4. Monitor affiliate activity, performance and compliance with program guidelines.
5. Analyse affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities and other areas.
6. Optimise affiliate campaigns through A/B testing, creative optimisation and targeting strategies.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on affiliate program performance and key metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements.

4. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms like Trackier, Appsflyer, Taboola networks and tracking tools.

5. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and related KPIs.
