We are seeking a motivated and client-focused 'After Sales Executive' to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner, and maintain close coordination with clients. This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of remote and on-site work.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale
2. Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables
3. Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and expectations
4. Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly
5. Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback
6. Assist in the preparation and execution of client-related documents and reports
7. Provide support during client meetings and presentations
8. Continuously strive to improve client experience and satisfaction

Qualifications:
1. Graduate in BBA & Commerce stream will be preferred, but any graduate can apply
2. Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience in a related field is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
