Key Responsibilities:

1. Automate CRM workflows using tools like HubSpot, integrating customer data and optimizing lead management processes.
2. Implement digital marketing automation, including email campaigns, chatbot integrations, and performance tracking.
3. Develop and manage automation in Asana for project tracking, task management, and cross-team collaboration.
4. Streamline telecalling operations through cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
5. Automate messaging workflows using platforms like Wati for WhatsApp business communications.
6. Identify automation opportunities across various business functions, ensuring smooth execution of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
7. Integrate and manage APIs, webhooks, and AI-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency.
8. Continuously evaluate and optimize automation processes for better performance and cost savings.
9. Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Wati, Zapier, Make, or custom API integrations.
2. Experience in CRM automation, digital marketing automation, and business process automation.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud-based telecalling solutions and integrating them with CRM and messaging platforms.
4. Ability to implement and improve SOP-driven automation for various business verticals.
5. Understanding of AI-based automation tools like ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI, and workflow optimization platforms.
6. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing manual workload.
