We are seeking a motivated and skilled Android developer to join our team at NovaFocus Private Limited. As an Android developer, you will play a key role in the end-to-end development of our Android applications. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Android app development and a strong understanding of the Android platform.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
3. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the best possible user experience
4. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
5. Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality and performance
6. Work on staying updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of professional experience in Android app development
3. Strong knowledge of Java and Kotlin programming languages
4. Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools
5. Proficiency in building user interfaces using XML and Android UI frameworks
6. Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
7. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
10. Experience working on applications end-to-end is highly preferred
