Key Responsibilities:

1. Using Vray or other plugins to create photorealistic renders in SketchUp.
2. Using of MidJourney and/or Stability.ai or other popular text-to-image AI tools.
3. Generating content and marketing creatives.

Requirements:

1. Expertise in AutoCAD 3d and/or Revit.
2. Expertise in SketchUp.
3. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop & illustrator.
4. Competence in Canva.
5. Comfort with Unity Gaming Engine.
6. Familiarity with any other 2D to 3D apps/tools.
7. Familiarity with text-to-video AI tools like RunwayML or others.
