Architect Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative, and functional design.
2. Take the "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
3. Develop ideas keeping in mind the client's needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
4. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
5. Compile project specifications.
6. Keep within budgets and timelines.
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
7. Make on-site visits to check on project status and project report.
8. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals.
9. Follow architectural trends and advancements.
