About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on 2D drawings and 3D modelling as per the architect's specifications and direction.
2. Working on-site supervision of the ongoing work.
3. Working on work estimates.

Candidate should be Bachelor of Architecture (BArch), or Diploma in Architecture
A Diploma or a Degree of minimum 1 year in Interiors is an added advantage.

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Other requirements

1. The candidate should be available for full-time work in an office in the Cunningham Road area.

2. Candidate will work on their laptop during the probation period.

3. Those would have to use their own have own two-wheeler for site visits if required.

4. Demonstration of 2-D drawing and 3-D rendering during interview/assessment is essential. This will be done on the candidates laptop.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
