About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Execution and coordination for insolvency (CIRP) and liquidation assignments.
2. Preparing notices and minutes of the meeting.
3. Interaction with banks, corporations, lawyers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
4. Ensure timely compliance and research on case laws/regulations/Acts.
5. High energy level and eagerness to learn and contribute.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint will get preference
2. Prior experience in insolvency and bankruptcy will have an edge
3. Graduates and post-graduates with good academic backgrounds or semi-qualified CA/CS/CMA/LLB will be given preference.
4. 6 months - 4 years of work experience
