1. Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties, including clinical data management and drafting reports, letters, and proposals
2. Support the CEO in all meetings and events, communicating with general staff and coordinating logistics
3. Coordinate executive and finance committees, maintain confidential files and contact information, and organize meetings and conferences
4. Provide administrative support to the HR director, draft emails, and work on other PRB correspondence as directed
5. Assist the CEO in external and internal commitments related to PR and social media
6. Oversee trainings and provide assistance as needed to front desk operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors/guests
7. Report directly to the CEO and work with the board of directors, executive and finance committees, and senior-level staff both internally and externally
8. Perform other duties as assigned
