Assistant & Store Manager Fresher Job

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient 'Assistant Store Manager' to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, coordinate with our factory team and vendors, manage staff attendance and salaries, and ensure smooth operations within our packaging studio and packaging business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person
2. Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
3. Communicate regularly with the factory team to get updates on production and order status
4. Ensure timely dispatch of products to clients and manage logistics
5. Coordinate with various vendors for materials, supplies, and services
6. Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and send quotations to clients
7. Manage staff attendance records and handle payroll processing
8. Ensure smooth functioning of daily operations by supervising and supporting staff
9. Maintain organized records of all communications, transactions, and schedules
10. Assist in inventory management and order processing
