Assistant Team Lead (Sales) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Project sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
2. Schedule and manage the lead process from start to finish
3. Conduct online product demos for potential clients
4. Pitch, counsel, and close leads effectively
5. Train and develop inbound counsellors to enhance sales performance
6. Support the Sales Team Lead in managing and guiding the team
7. Assist the Human Resources department in the hiring process
8. Build and expand remote teams across different states
9. Establish offices and touchpoints in multiple cities

Requirements:

1. 0-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with a strong drive for growth are welcome)
2. A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships and driving the adoption of our products and services
3. Hands-on experience in creating, testing, and rolling out campaigns
4. Willingness to take initiative and push forward for business growth
5. Ability to identify and hire the right talent for the team
6. Strong presentation skills and confidence in addressing an audience
7. Passion for rapid personal and professional growth (100x mindset)
