About the job

Key responsibilities:

A.Customer support:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide functional support via phone, email, or chat.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers and ensure timely resolution.
3. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and provide accurate information.

B. Issue tracking and documentation:
1. Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
2. Track and prioritize customer tickets and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or higher-level support as needed.

C. Product knowledge and training:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the company's software products and their functionalities.
2.Stay updated on product updates, new features, and technical documentation.
3. Conduct product training sessions for customers or internal teams as required.

D. Collaboration and communication:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product management to resolve complex issues.
2. Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure transparency throughout the support process.

E. Continuous improvement:
1. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of support procedures.
2. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and reported issues

Skill(s) required

Data Analytics English Proficiency (Written) Jira MS-Excel Research and Analytics SQL

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

2. Proven experience in a functional support role or customer service role, preferably in software support.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

5. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and CRM software is a plus.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

7. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by customer support schedules.

8. Certification or training in relevant software applications or technical support is advantageous.

11. Knowledge and understanding about JIRA Ticketing tools

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
