1. Generate detailed 3D layouts with multiple options for commercial interior spaces
2. Utilize AutoCAD proficiently to create and modify plans, layouts, elevations, and sections
3. Compare and analyze plans, layouts, elevations, and sections to ensure accuracy and quality
4. Produce 3D views of the space with multiple slides to present design options
5. Collaborate with internal departments for seamless project execution
6. Conduct physical measurements of sites and apply them accurately in AutoCAD
7. Demonstrate a basic understanding of MEP layouts
8. Maintain knowledge of materials commonly used in office space design
9. Have 0-2 years of experience in commercial interior design drafting
10. Possess proficiency in 3D & AutoCAD
11. Have experience working in commercial design
12. Exhibit a strong understanding of architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and sections
13. Work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
14. Show excellent communication skills for client interactions and inter-departmental coordination
15. Maintain a proactive attitude towards managing vendors and project timelines
