Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates, with a primary focus on building long-term client relationships.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, delivering personalized and exceptional service.
3. Leverage various recruitment channels to source and engage top talent.
4. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
6. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
