Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding support to our customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for any issues or concerns.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and implement solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor customer accounts, analyze data, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
5. Conduct training sessions for customers to help them maximize the use of our products and services.
6. Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention and loyalty.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success processes.

1. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
2. More than 2 years of experience in B2C or D2C customer success, relationship management, account management, sales, business development in 0-1 or seed stage startups.
3. Proven track record of successfully upselling, cross-selling and retaining existing customers, growing both the monthly active customer database through referrals and the monthly average order value.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Must own a laptop to be able to work from our office at Greater Noida.
