Associate-Due Diligence Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Review documentation for entities like corporations, charities, and individuals as per policy/jurisdiction for KYC/CDD documentation, and raise requests for additional information/documents as required
2. Conduct due diligence and highlight procedural requirements in case of defects
3. Review beneficial ownership (BO) and key controllers according to policy and screen for sanctions and adverse media
4. Complete reviews efficiently and within specified timelines
5. Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
6. Maintain awareness of regulatory updates and incorporate changes into the due diligence review process
7. Interpret evidence from multiple tools and systems to assess the legitimacy of customer behavior across products
8. Monitor and track incidents, ensuring resolution occurs within the customer Service Level Agreement
9. Solve routine problems using precedents and general guidelines
