Associate Event Operations Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing event-specific content to mobilize volunteers
2. Working on strategic planning for the execution of events
3. Ideating new and innovative events
4. Managing and leading volunteering events - virtually & onsite
5. Outreaching NGOs/execution partners pan India
6. Working on on-day event management and sensitization
7. Liaising with NGOs and corporations for all event-specific tasks
8. Vetting deliverables
9. Working on feedback data processing and analysis
10. Working on report writing
11. Managing corporate volunteers and carrying out end-to-end CSR events/engagements
12. Researching new service offerings for ConnectFor
13. Working with the team on any ad-hoc requirements
14. Traveling on an event-to-event basis
15. Thinking of creative and impactful volunteering engagements

Skills & requirements:

1. Prior experience (at least 1 year) with event management and outreach
2. Great ability to build and maintain partnerships and seek opportunities for the same
3. Drive to work with different stakeholders on ongoing and ad hoc projects
4. Great research, organizational & report-writing skills
5. Persuasive and charismatic individuals who are good at forging relationships
6. Prior experience working on Google Suite & Canva
7. Effective communication skills
8. Clear vision toward strategy
9. Ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines
10. Ability to work independently
11. Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
12. Strong time management and decision-making skills
13. Adaptability and accountability
14. Knowledge of the current scenarios in the development sector
15. Fluency in multiple languages
