Associate - Founders Office Fresher Job

We are looking for someone who will be a helping hand to the Executive Assistant to Management, Head Corporate Strategy at Alchemist. The incumbent shall be responsible all smaller and part of larger tasks, being part of all the responsibilities of the Management s office. For example the job on hand could include solving day to day bottlenecks between different divisions, or scheduling appointments and solving minor tasks for the Managing Director. The job at hand would be like an amoeba that takes different shapes and can expand and contract. This could be similar to a secretarial job but parts could also be intertwined with high order responsibilities.
The work will expand and contract with individual endeavour and aptitude.

Key responsibilities:

1. Get done things of organizational importance as per the requirement of the EA and the Management
2. Co-ordinate with specific stakeholders to get bottlenecks resolved.
3. Preparation of communication letters, presentations.
4. Maintenance of records and documents of confidential nature
5. cheduling appointments/meetings and coordination with various external & internal stakeholders
6. Supporting the EA in development of the forward-looking strategy of the firm and strategic plans that enable execution of enterprise-wide strategic projects (examples could be the initial research of firm s customer Pricing strategy or Large Customer strategy or initial conversations with vendors for company events such as offsites and holi parties)
