Key responsibilities:

1. Consulting and sales: Drive consulting efforts, platform and services sales, and account management for enterprise clients in the US. Take charge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
2. Client engagement: Forge strong relationships with senior executives including Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, SVPs, EVPs, and CXOs, offering tailored solutions that align with their strategic needs.
3. Event participation: Represent StatusNeo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and nurture relationships with potential clients and industry leaders.
4. Strategic analysis: Perform detailed research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights for client engagements and business development.
5. Travel opportunities: Utilize opportunities to travel across the US and internationally to engage with clients and broaden your professional network.

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Educational background: MBA with a focus on IT, Sales and Marketing, or International Business.

2. Skills and expertise: Outstanding communication, public speaking, debating, presentation, and research skills. Demonstrated interest or experience in consulting, account management, and inside sales, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

3. Business acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence senior executives.

4. Passion for technology: Genuine interest in leveraging top technologies for business transformation, with a readiness to embrace international travel and business development challenges.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 40,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
