Associate- HRBP Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure policy adherence and assist in policy development
2. Maintain HR records and databases
3. Generate reports and analyze metrics
4. Understand and align HR needs with business objectives
5. Provide HR support to managers and employees
6. Identify and implement process improvements
7. Build and maintain relationships with employees and managers
8. Analyze data and generate insights for decision-making

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Human Resources
2. 1-2 years of experience in HRBP role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
5. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws in India
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven ability to think creatively and provide innovative HR solutions
8. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
