Associate (In House For Legal Drafting) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities include working on drafting related work and assignments.

Qualification: The candidate should be a graduate/post-graduate in law having a PQE of a minimum of 1 to 2 years. Further, even students pursuing law who are in their final year may also apply for the job post. However, the prime condition is that the candidate should be able to draft legal documents as laid down in the experience requirement, below.

Experience: The candidate must have good drafting skills. The candidate should be able to draft petitions, suits, counter affidavits, replies, applications, opinions, and legal documents with utmost precision. The candidate should be well versed in the legal language and should have fair knowledge and past experience in drafting legal documents as cited above. The candidate should be able to do desk work comprising drafting-related work and assignments.

Note: This is a full-time job (on a daily basis)
